It's minor, but "(even if this card leaves the field)" is included incorrectly here. This card works like Light End Dragon and Dark End Dragon, so if it leaves the field, it's effect does not resolve since it's ATK cannot be decreased if it's left the field. (If Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit is chained to it's activation for example.)
